Liz Laneri is a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT). Liz works full time as an RN at Golisano Children's Hospital, teaches yoga at Central Rock Gym on Tuesdays, and continues to see a small number of established massage clients.
More about Liz: Liz is a graduate of Cortiva Massage Institute of Boston where she completed 750 hours of massage therapy training. In December 2016, she finished 350+ additional hours of massage therapy at the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Rochester and became licensed in the state of New York. She currently practices full time on Park Ave. in the city of Rochester.
Following her massage certification, Liz completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with the Boston Yoga School in the spring of 2015 after 12 years of a yoga practice. Under the direction and guidance of Ame Wren, Brenna Matthews and the faculty of inspirational and masterful yoga teachers. Liz learned the art of sequencing, body awareness, structural alignment, and spiritual concepts of yoga. In June 2019, Liz completed an additional 300 hour training at the Boston Yoga School with Ame Wren and Daniel Max, receiving a total of 500 hours of teacher training.
Most recently in 2024, Liz graduated from Monroe Community College with an Associates Degree in Nursing and successfully passed the NCLEX to receive her RN license. She is loving working at UofR Strong Memorial Hospital in Pediatrics.
